Our team of talented bakers have all worked in conventional bakeries not so long ago, and we saw a rapidly growing demand for gluten free products. We decided to turn our talents to servicing this market. In the short time we have been open, the bakery has surpassed all expectations, according to our customers.

The choice to bake only gluten free product on a daily basis ensures there is absolutely no chance of cross contamination.

Our team strives towards creating breads that have satisfying textures as well as first class flavours. We aim for this in all of our products.
