Our team of talented bakers have all worked in conventional bakeries recently, and we saw a rapidly growing demand for gluten free products. We decided to turn our talents to servicing this market. In the short time we have been open, the bakery has surpassed all expectations, according to our customers.
The choice to bake only gluten free product on a daily basis ensures there is absolutely no chance of cross contamination.
Our team strives towards creating breads that have satisfying textures as well as first class flavours. We aim for this in all of our products.
Open Monday thru Friday 8:30am till 4:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am till 3:00pm. We are closed on all public holidays.We will be closed from 25th Dec, reopening the 3rd Jan 2014
