 NORTH ISLAND DELVERIES: Sent Monday and Tuesday 
SOUTH ISLAND DELVERIES: Sent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
CANTERBURY DELIVERIES: Sent Daily (Monday to Friday)
PICK UP ORDERS: Daily (Monday to Saturday) after 10.30am (Earlier upon request)
Please have your orders in by 10pm the night before delivery or pick up 
- we only bake Monday to Friday-

All orders made outside these deadlines will be made the following week.

Cake orders:

  • Decorative Themed cakes - these do take time and planning so we need at least 10 days notice to prepare.

  • Iced/Uniced Cakes - are made to order so 2 days notice is required.

  • Please email us at sales@glutenfreebakery.co.nz

  • Do you have a theme?

  • How many people are your feeding?

  • Flavour cake? 

  • Flavour icing?

  • Does it need to be Dairy Free?

  • Date and time you would like to pick up?

 Delivery Updates:

  • Rural Delivery in the North Island and distant South Island is not possible.

  • Areas surrounding Christchurch: We are able to use some local couriers for our surrounding areas.Please have a look at our shipping methods after placing your order. (places like...Burnham, West Melton, Oxford, Templeton, Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Rolleston and such are able to be taken care of.)

  • Chilled and Frozen products cannot be sent outside of Christchurch 

 

 
We have a team of talented bakers who have all previously worked in conventional bakeries. We all saw a rapidly growing demand for gluten free products and decided to turn our talents to servicing this market.
In the 15 years we have been open, the bakery has surpassed all expectations. Expectations we have of not only ourselves but for our customers. We all enjoy the connection this community has given us and still feel pride when a new custimer comes in knowing they can buy anything worry free.
The choice to bake only gluten free products fresh each day ensures there is absolutely no chance of cross contamination. Our team has the passion and drive towards creating products that have satisfying textures as well as first class flavours.
