Coming into the shop: Pre-ordering your favourites for pickups is highly recommended to ensure you get exactly what you want when you come in. 
Some delivery info: AREAS SURROUNDING CHRISTCHURCH: We are able to use some local couriers for our surrounding areas. Please have a look at our shipping methods after placing your order. (places like...Burnham, West Melton, Oxford, Templeton, Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Rolleston and such are able to be taken care of.) Rural Delivery in the North Island and distant South Island is not possible.

Our team of talented bakers have all worked in conventional bakeries recently, and we saw a rapidly growing demand for gluten free products. We decided to turn our talents to servicing this market. In the short time we have been open, the bakery has surpassed all expectations, according to our customers.

The choice to bake only gluten free product on a daily basis ensures there is absolutely no chance of cross contamination.

Our team strives towards creating breads that have satisfying textures as well as first class flavours. We aim for this in all of our products.
